Connecticut Governor’s Workforce Council (GWC), Office of Workforce Strategy (OWS)
OWS is an executive branch agency that serves as the staff to the Governor’s Workforce Council and provides strategic guidance on workforce initiatives and investments across the state.
The Office of Workforce Strategy’s (OWS) mission is to ensure all individuals, regardless of background, have a seamless and supported pathway from education and training to a good job, and that every business has the talent they need to innovate and thrive.
