Program Overview
Early College Advanced Manufacturing
Brief DescriptionThe Early College Advanced Manufacturing Pathway™ (ECAMP™) is a dual credit model developed by Goodwin University that prepares students for careers in the field of Advanced Manufacturing. ECAMP™ brings together collegiate level preparation in partnership with school districts and industry partners across the Greater Hartford region. ECAMP™ programs prepare students for immediate entry into the workforce and pathways to advanced credentials and degrees, allowing students to define their own educational and career goals. Students who are enrolled in the program can graduate high school with a 21-credit collegiate certificate which makes them competitive applicants for entry-level jobs in the field of advanced manufacturing which pay an average of $25/hour in CT. Also, our Early College Advanced Manufacturing Pathway is now a CSDE recognized school offering a half day program to seniors to earn 21 college credits in advanced manufacturing.
