Program Overview
NFA Youth Manufacturing Pipeline Initiative
Brief DescriptionAs part of our broader Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing Pathway, we work closely with industry leaders to equip students with real-world skills, experiences, and opportunities, whether they plan to enter the workforce directly or continue on to college or technical training. Our collaboration with local businesses, unions, and trade professionals ensures that students are not only learning in the classroom, but also gaining exposure to the expectations, tools, and technologies of the industries they may one day lead. From site visits and guest speakers to internships and hands-on projects, our partners help bring the curriculum to life in ways that are relevant and prepared for success beyond high school.
