Participate in an educator externship to learn more about the skills required by the industry. Read the school reports and connect with other K-12 manufacturing program staff to develop a partnership or create a learning community.

Develop your K-12 talent pipeline.
Join a school’s industry advisory board to guide curriculum development and equipment purchases. Host a teacher externship. Engage with students by providing guest speakers, company tours, job shadows, internships, and pre-apprenticeships. Participate in mock interviews.
